TEST RESULTS for FREQUENCY RANGES:

report antenna

The antenna was evaluated over the approximate frequency range of 860 MHz to 2.80 GHz, showing stable behavior across the analyzed range. At the measurement point near 2.41 GHz, the recorded impedance is 58.55 + j33.44 Ω, indicating a slightly inductive condition relative to the nominal 50 Ω impedance, but still within a functional range for RF applications.

In terms of the S11 parameter, at 2409 MHz the antenna shows an approximate Return Loss of −19.0 dB with a VSWR close to 1.25:1, indicating very good impedance matching and low power reflection at that frequency. At 860 MHz, the Return Loss is approximately −10.3 dB with a VSWR close to 1.87:1, reflecting moderate impedance matching toward the lower end of the band.

Frequency range Assessment Rating Technical performance details
860 MHz – 2.80 GHz Very good ★★★★ RF performance evaluated across the extended 860 MHz – 2.80 GHz frequency range, showing stable impedance behavior throughout the frequency sweep.
At 2409 MHz, the measured VSWR is approximately 1.25:1 with a Return Loss close to −19.0 dB, indicating very good impedance matching and minimal reflected power near the 2.4 GHz operating region. At 860 MHz, the VSWR is approximately 1.87:1 with a Return Loss of about −10.3 dB, representing moderate matching near the lower edge of the band. The measured impedance near the reference point is 58.55 + j33.44 Ω, indicating a slightly inductive condition relative to the nominal 50 Ω system impedance. The Smith chart trajectory remains relatively compact around the central region, confirming stable RF behavior and controlled impedance variation across the evaluated frequency range.

Antenna, cable and connector are all compliant with ROHS 3 and REACH regulations.
